| so i've been making dinner lately
and i admit it doesnt turn out spectacular
but i want to thank my boy for putting up with it each time <3
tonights meal consists of:
ceasar salad (he'll only eat if if its loaded with croutons.. and it is)
garlic bread (fucking yum.. can't fuck that one up)
breaded shrimp over risotto (i'll let you know how it turns out)

| i'm feeling kind of down for some reason and i can't really pinpoint why
i guess maybe i feel like i havent really been keeping touch with people and other people arent really worth keeping touch with
i mean i try to remain friends with old friends but sometimes shit doesnt work out i guess
maybe i've changed
maybe everybody else has changed on me
maybe i'm just so caught up in my relationship/apartment/schoolwork that i just don't realize that i'm really not a good friend to anyone
and now that i have no schoolwork or apartment drama, i'm kinda just bored
i'm so so so bored
i still have a kegger sitting in my living room. maybe that could occupy me for a few hours :)

2. when someone gets defensive and upset when you mention a true yet nasty fact about their nasty ex, its probably not a good thing

| so i think i'm going to start being a practicing rastafarian
it really just seems to be the best religion out there and i really feel as though it ties into my black roots
no, thats not true but i really think that i can be a great rasta
its such a spiritual religion and all about freedom from outward constraint despite the origination of the opression
and its not structured like any other religion cause it has two major rituals, one of which is called 'reasonings' which is an informal gathering of a small group of people who smoke the holy weed- ganja- and engage in discussion with one another while passing the holy pipe counterclockwise around the circle
and the other ill ritual is called "binghi" which basically just means dancing all night
and i fucking love dancing
after binghi youre supposed to wake up and have some more "reasoning"
